Ulteo is looking for outstanding people to join their team!

After 2 1/2 years of R&D, multiple product releases, tons of media & blog coverage, product downloads that double every six months, first customers success stories and a growing number of partnership requests, Ulteo is getting ready for significant growth and expansion in 2010.

Therefore we are looking for the right new people to join our team in order to help us grow into one of the future global leaders in the virtual desktop space, which is predicted to experience explosive growth over the next 5 years.

Over the next few months we will be seeking, selecting and shortlisting a few people in all departments (Engineering, services/support, marketing, business dev, exec. assistant) to join Ulteo in 2010 in Europe and in North America.

For all positions, we are looking for candidates that are outstanding, creative, hard working/driven, problem solving, delivering above what's expected spirited, deadline-oriented, autonomous & team players, with very good communication skills and who wants to make a difference.

Position-specific criteria

R&D - director of Engineering, junior & senior developpers

Excellent programming skills, Windows, linux and virtualization-related skills (highly appreciated but not mandatory), experience in contributing
to open source projects (a plus but not mandatory either).
Position based in France/Normandy (relocation and/or telework/telecommuting possible for outstanding candidates with experience in telework).

Services/consultants/support

We are looking for outstanding technical consultants with experience with Citrix, VMWare View, Windows TS infrastructure to assist/support/train our user community (future or current partners & customers).
Positions based in Europe and in North America, need multi-lingual people (minimum: 2 languages).
We will be also looking for a "hands on" Director of Services, who will help us develop and grow the team.

Marketing

We are seeking a very dynamic, efficient and creative marcom person to develop and amplify Ulteo buzz, develop the positive image of Ulteo in the market (media, analysts, experts, customers, resellers) à la open source start up way,ie, on a limited budget with maximum impact.

Business development

Our business model is mostly an indirect game and we are seeking an enthusiastic director of biz dev to find, select, recruit and develop the right Ulteo partners and ensure their success with Ulteo. Technical skills highly appreciated and/or experience in biz dev for infrastructure, virtualization related products.

Executive assistant/office manager

This candidate will have to be very efficient, versatile, well organized, with excellent communication skills and should be a blessing to work with. Ideally, this person should have some accounting skills.
Position based in France/Paris. French/English language mandatory.
