1. Definitions
In the present Ulteo Terms of Services, Ulteo systems refers to any Ulteo product, service or content. Ulteo used as a single word refers to the Ulteo project and the Ulteo company as a whole.
2. Terms of Services acceptation
By using the Ulteo systems, you explicitely recognize that you know
about the Ulteo Terms of Services, current version or later, and
recognize that you agree with them.
The Ulteo Terms of Services are subject to change. Users are encouraged
to check them regularly.
3. Terms of use
Ulteo systems are provided to users with the goal that they can be as
useful and harmless as possible. In case of issue, Ulteo users agree to
cooperate with Ulteo on demand to find a solution to fix the problem.
Users agree to not break Ulteo online systems, and to report to Ulteo
possible security issues they could find.
4. Licenses
Ulteo systems provide access various software. By using Ulteo systems,
you agree with the particular terms of use or license of these softwares.
In particular, you agree with the following, but not limited to,
licences/terms of use:
- Gnu General Public License version 2
- Gnu Library General Public License version 2
- Gnu Lesser General Public License version 2.1
- XFree86 License
- Mozilla Public License 1.1
- Adobe FlashPlayer firefox plugin End User License Agreement Adobe EULA
- Sun Java Runtime Environment firefox plugin Sun Microsystems, Inc. Binary Code License Agreement Sun Binary Code License Agreement
- Skype End User license agreement Skype EULA
You also agree with any End User License Agreement of any proprietary software that you may use from Ulteo systems.
Access to license contents is available either for free through Internet, or by asking to the corresponding software vendor.
5. Privacy and personal data
While using Ulteo systems, some information about the users is logged,
such as IP addresses. Some aggregation of personal data is done for the
purpose of offering a better service to the user. Aggregated personal
data that could threaten the user's privacy only exist on a temporary
state, and are not processed nor accessed by other humans.
Ulteo is doing its best to ensure that user's personal data, including
his files and settings, are strictly private and cannot be accessed by
anyone but their owner. In particular Ulteo neither processes, nor
indexes any user's document that could be stored on a Ulteo servers for
a different purpose than what the user is doing.
6. Limitations of Warranty
Ulteo is doing its best to provide harmless, up to date and convenient software systems to the users. Ulteo comes without any warranty of any kind.
